How can I reserve a week for a vacation? |
| A. | You can contact us by phone to
reserve a week. Deposits are required within 5
days and can be mailed to:

How much is a deposit? |
| A. | Deposits are $200.00 and must be a Money Order or Certified Bank Check made payable to Dave or Terri Cookson. $100.00 is a down payment applied to your week's rent. $100.00 is a security deposit. The security deposit is fully refundable after we receive the keys back and the condo is found to be in its original condition. |
| Q. | When is the balance due? |
| A. | The balance of your rental fee is due 4 weeks prior to your vacation. |
| Q. | When will I receive the rental agreement? |
| A. | After the deposit is recieved |
| Q. | How do we get the keys? |
| A. | The keys to the unit are mailed to you approximately 14 days prior to your vacation. |
| Q. | Is cleaning included in the rental rate? |
| A. | Yes, the unit is cleaned by our cleaning service after every departure. |
| Q. | Do you include linens? |
| A. | No, bed & bath linens are not provided. The beds will have blankets and pillows. |
| Q. | What is included in the kitchen? |
| A. | The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all standard cooking utensils, plus a coffee pot, blender, and mixer. |
| Q. | Are there beach chairs at the condo? |
| A. | We try to have a few beach chairs for families to use and they are kept in the closet. The Myrtle Beach Lifeguards offer beach chair and umbrella rentals (in season) in front of the unit. |
| Q. | What is your hurricane policy? |
| A. | Our policy is that, in the event that a hurricane requires mandatory evacuation, you will be fully refunded for all of the nights not used during your vacation. |
